The purpose of Beginning Experience of Eastern South Dakota is to facilitate the grief resolution process for adults who have suffered a loss through death, divorce or separation, thereby enabling them to again love themselves, others and God.

Losing a loved one through separation, death or divorce is one of life’s most pain filled experiences.
In the midst of this life-changing event, we lost our bearings, our self esteem, our very future. A Beginning Experience Weekend can help you find your way toward a new beginning.
Beginning Experience Weekends are held at two retreat centers in Eastern SD. Participants are asked to make a donation which includes the cost of two nights' lodging and five meals. A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required with the application form.
